Mansard Glazing Replacement

G G Contracts Limited large works team have today commenced strip out works to a large mansard glazed roof in the City of London.

Our exprience in high level and difficult access projects was a key factor for the client when looking for a company to trust with this project. Like many office developments, age and environmental wear and tear has caught up with the building and glazing components and a fresh, modern approach was required.

The scope of the works is to remove and replace approx 300 large double glazed units, all located atop this city development, then replace them with an enhanced, high performance alternative that is both aesthetically pleasing and has high thermal and solar control characteristics.

As part of the package the GLR large works team are also undertaking the replacement of all the associated vent, flashing and rainwater goods.
