Another Week, Another High Level Glazing Replacement

The Glazing Refurbishment team this weekend conducted the first phase of multiple high level glass replacements to the fa�ade to this Central London HQ for an overseas blue-chip technology firm.

The oversized nature of the units meant that no UK manufacturers were able to manufacture replacements and the client was struggling to find a supplier able to assist. The GR project team contacted our extensive supply chain and were able to source the glazing from our European partners.

With glass on site, our team managed to negate the difficult access issues to conduct the high level glass replacements by utilising a combination of MEWPS, Cranes and IRATA trained Rope Access Technicians. All works were conducted on the weekend to minimise disruption to the clients tenants.

With Phase 1 complete, the team will soon remobilise to conduct further replacements in the coming weeks.
