Rope Access Technicians Complete Glazing Inspection

Glazing Refurbishment�s IRATA trained Rope Access Technicians have completed a glazing dilapidation inspection to the external face of this central London high rise commercial premises.

We were instructed by our client to assess the condition of the existing glazing system and to assess the dilapidation of system components as part of an ongoing fabric maintenance schedule.

Once completed, Glazing Refurbishment�s surveying department were able to produce a dilapidation report which highlighted required remedial repairs and offering a photographic schedule of defects. This assisted our client to fully understand the extent of any damages noted.
